About · independent supply partner

We don’t pretend to own a factory.

Xintai qualifies the partner factories that manufacture diamond micron powder and grinding paste, then owns the coordination between your specification and your dock. The model is not a workaround. It is what you are buying.

“We qualify the partners who make your material, then own the coordination.”
Xintai operating principle

01 / Ownership

The split, stated plainly.

A supply partner is only useful if the boundary is clear. This is the boundary we work to.

In our hands

Xintai supply desk
  • ✓Supplier qualification. Capability fit, sample and current datasheet reviewed before a partner is offered against a live brief.
  • ✓Specification matching. Grade, carrier, consistency and packaging aligned to your process.
  • ✓Commercial accountability. One contact from first reply to delivery.
  • ✓Documentation coordination. Batch and export documents assembled with the partner factory.
  • ✓Sample and inspection coordination. Arranged with the partner factory when the brief calls for them.

In the partner factory’s hands

Not our site
  • —Production. Manufacturing is performed by the qualified partner factory selected for the order.
  • —Process control and in-house QC. The partner’s own quality system governs the production run.
  • —Material characterisation. Values are reported on the partner factory’s current datasheet and batch documents.
  • —Site and equipment. Not ours. We do not present a partner’s plant, staff or equipment as Xintai’s.

02 / Qualification

Five gates before a partner is used.

Qualification is a commercial and documentary process, not a badge. Each gate is checked before a partner is quoted against a live specification.

What qualification is not

It is not a claim that Xintai owns, operates or certifies the partner factory.

01

Capability fit

Does the partner manufacture the material family and grade band the brief calls for? We start from the process requirement, not from a logo wall or a product list.

Gate: Capability fit
02

Sample and datasheet

A sample and the current datasheet are reviewed before the partner is offered against a live order. Values are read from the partner’s document; we do not restate or invent them.

Gate: Current datasheet on file
03

Batch documentation

We confirm what the partner can supply per batch: characterisation, batch record, packaging and labelling data. If the document set is thin, the quotation says so before you commit.

Gate: Document set confirmed
04

Packaging and dispatch review

Packaging, labelling and dispatch are reviewed against the destination and the buyer’s requirements before the first order is promised.

Gate: Dispatch route agreed
05

Ongoing supply review

Repeat orders are reviewed against the agreed specification. A change in datasheet, packaging or supply route is raised with the buyer before it ships.

Gate: Change control in place

03 / What we don’t do

Three things we deliberately avoid.

Most of them would be easier to write than the truth. That is why they are not on this site.

✕

No generic stock promises

Availability is confirmed against the partner factory’s current position before we commit to a date or a quantity.

✕

No untraceable specifications

If a value cannot be traced to the partner factory’s current datasheet or batch documents, it does not appear on a quotation or this website.

✕

No factory theatre

No borrowed plant photography, no invented certification wall, no stock-room adjectives. The supply model is stated plainly.

01 Product visuals on this website are illustrative, not photographs of a Xintai facility.

Next step

Test the model with a real brief.

Send the operation and the requirement. You will see one accountable contact, a partner factory match and a written confirmation of what can be documented.
