## Sections

- **Contact** — company, contact person, country/region.
- **Process** — substrate, process step, surface target, equipment and cleaning method. The cleaning method determines whether an oil-soluble or water-soluble carrier fits your line.
- **Product specification** — product type, grade (W designation or micron range), carrier, concentration and quantity. If you are unsure of the grade, describe the process and we will propose a configuration.
- **Documents & delivery** — batch documents needed, destination, Incoterm and target lead time.
