# Batch Documents Checklist

## TL;DR

Nine document types that can accompany a diamond micron powder or grinding paste shipment. COA, PSD report (D10/D50/D90 by laser diffraction), SDS, traceability record, packing list/invoice and pre-dispatch label photos are provided by default; certificates of origin, third-party re-tests and retain samples are arranged on request. The actual per-shipment set is confirmed in writing at order confirmation.

Document expectations differ between buyers and destinations, so this checklist separates what accompanies every shipment from what needs advance arrangement.

## Provided by default

- Certificate of Analysis (COA) with batch number and grade designation.
- Particle-size distribution report: D10 / D50 / D90 by laser diffraction, method per JB/T 7990.
- Batch traceability record, Safety Data Sheet (SDS), packing list and commercial invoice.
- Photos of actual labels and packaging for your approval before dispatch.

## Available on request

- Certificate of origin, per destination-country requirement.
- Third-party test report by a customer-nominated laboratory (cost and lead time quoted).
- Retained reference sample for arrival comparison.

Documents are issued by the partner factory; Xintai checks them and delivers them with the goods. State any special document requirements in your enquiry so they are priced and scheduled correctly.
